At iORA, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags for a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Return
Log into your iORA account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization Number.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the parcel to ensure fast identification.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
